 Short answer: One provider's published list (Helpling, October 2026): general servicing S$50 for 2 wall-mounted units, from S$17.50 a unit on a two-year plan; chemical wash S$80 to S$100 a unit; chemical overhaul from S$160 a unit, S$350 for ceiling units; gas top-up about S$100 to S$130 a unit; diagnostic visit S$60.

 Service Wall-mounted Ceiling / cassette 
 General servicing S$50 for 2 units (minimum 2) S$200 for 2 units 
 General servicing on a plan S$25 one-off, S$20 (1 year), S$17.50 (2 years) per unit 
 Chemical wash S$80 (9k to 18k BTU), S$100 (24k BTU) Ask for a quote 
 Chemical overhaul S$160 (9k to 18k BTU), S$180 (24k BTU) S$350 
 Gas top-up about S$100 to S$130, by refrigerant 
 Condenser dry cleaning S$120 
 Diagnostic visit S$60, waived if a repair is booked 

This is one provider’s list. Other companies set their own prices, which is why comparing two or three quotes against it is worth the five minutes. 

## What changes the price

- Unit type and size (wall vs ceiling, BTU).

- Number of units: per-unit prices fall with more units and with plans.

- What is included: drain flushing, a gas check, transport.

## How often
