What changes the price
- Unit type and size (wall vs ceiling, BTU).
- Number of units: per-unit prices fall with more units and with plans.
- What is included: drain flushing, a gas check, transport.
How often
Helpling: every three months suits many Singapore homes; heavy use every one to two months; light use every three to six months; a chemical wash every 6 to 12 months and an overhaul every 3 to 5 years (Helpling).
